Alex Galvan is the Founding Principal and Chief Executive Officer of AMG Capital Partners. A seasoned multifamily real estate executive, Alex brings more than a decade of hands-on experience across every facet of property operations, asset management, and strategic execution.

Prior to launching AMG Capital Partners, Alex served as President of Residents First Property Management, where he led the company through a period of rapid expansion across multiple states, implementing operational systems and strategies that doubled the portfolio within months. Prior to this he served as Executive Vice President of Operations for a diverse portfolio of over 4,600 units, where he oversaw operations, asset management, training, and construction management. 

Having worked across all levels of multifamily operations, Alex has developed a deep understanding of property management, investment strategy, and long-term portfolio growth. His leadership style emphasizes operational discipline, forward-thinking innovation, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for both investors and residents.

Martha Alicia Paz is the Co-Founder and Principal of AMG Capital Partners. With a strong background in multifamily real estate operations, Martha has grown alongside her husband, Alex Galvan, evolving through multiple leadership roles across the industry and contributing to the success of every platform they have built together.

Most recently, Martha served as Regional Business Manager, where she oversaw a portfolio of 1,500 units. In this capacity, she was responsible for leading on-site teams, driving operational performance, and ensuring strong resident satisfaction while meeting ownership objectives. Her ability to balance financial oversight with people-focused leadership has made her a trusted and respected figure in the multifamily space.

As both Principal and Co-Founder, Martha plays a key role in shaping AMG Capital Partners’ vision and execution.
